Domtar Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

FORT MILL, SC, Nov. 2, 2016 -- Domtar Corporation announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock (NYSE: UFS) (TSX: UFS). The dividend of US$0.415 per share is payable on January 17, 2017 to stockholders of record on January 3, 2017.
